Following his passing, the company was reborn in 2023 as Renown Real Estate Ltd, honoring his enduring spirit under the stewardship of his son, Managing Director Sadat Sadman Saad. Guided by Saad’s commitment to his father’s values, Renown now thrives with the expertise of seasoned leaders Engr. Md. Ziaul Islam and Md. Asgar Ali. Both directors bring decades of experience from Bangladesh’s premier real estate giants company with unmatched insight into the nation’s dynamic property landscape.
